Shipping policy

We currently deliver orders within Saudi Arabia. Delivery to GCC countries, including the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, may be added in the future and will be announced accordingly.

Orders delivered within Riyadh and Jeddah typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries to other cities across Saudi Arabia usually take between 2 to 4 business days. For GCC countries, once available, delivery is expected within 4 to 7 business days.

We offer free delivery within Saudi Arabia on all orders above SAR 400. For GCC countries, a flat shipping rate of SAR 100 applies per order.

All orders are shipped using premium courier services such as Aramex, DHL, or equivalent carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
