Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund in accordance with our refund policy below.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This applies to all products discounted by more than 40%.

Shipping Costs
We offer free return and exchange shipping within Saudi Arabia. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees that may apply.
