Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund according to our refund policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This applies to products discounted more than 40%.

We offer free return and exchange shipping within Saudi Arabia. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or duties incurred.
